Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cupKetchup
  • 2/3 cupWhite vinegar
  • 2/3 cupHoney
  • 1/2 cupMolasses
  • 1 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbspDehydrated Onion
  • 1 tspLiquid smoke
  • 3 tbspJalapeño - seeds removed & finely chopped
  • 2 tbspJalapeño pepper sauce (Gunslinger is the best)

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to boil. Then reduce  to a slow simmer for about 1 hour stirring so sauce doesn’t stick.

  2. 2

    Use a blinder to smooth texture if desired.  

  3. 3

    Place in jar, can be stored in refrigerator for 2 months. Makes about 1 quart.
