Remove the shells of the boiled eggs and set aside.

Saute the sliced onions in 2 tbsp oil.add crushed ginger,garlic,green chillies & curry leaves & saute for few minutes

Add the chopped tomatoes,little salt and cook till tomatoes are well blended.

Add the masalas & little water sothat they don't get burned.cook till oil seperates.
- 5
Add the eggs and little water sothat the gravy coats the eggs well. Add the vinegar and adjust salt.garnish with chopped corriander.
