Steps

Heat oil into a pan then add onions and saute for one minute.

Now add carrots and saute again one minute.

Then add capsicum and green chilli and cook some.

Add water and salt. When water starts boiling then add semolina. and stirr quickly and continuesly. There should not be any lumps.

Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

When Mixture wll become like a dough and starts leaves the bottom of pan then off the gass.

Immediately transfer the suji mixture into a greased plate and make smooth from top with spoon.

9. Keep aside for one hour.

After one hour cut it in any shape according to choice.

I cut it in heart shape.

Now heat oil into a wok and fry all hearts into hot oil on low to medium flame till become golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with 🍅 ketchup and Green chutney.
