  • 500 gmGobhi
  • 250 gmmatar
  • 2green chillies
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1"ginger
  • 1/2 tspJeera
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastechilli powder
  • to tastehaldi
  • mustard oil as needed
  • 2-3 tspgreen coriander chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Gobhi,tomato,adrak ko kaat lo.

  2. 2

    Ek pan lo usme sarso ka tail daalo,jeera dalo.

  3. 3

    Uske baad kate hue Gobhi,tomato,adrak or matar ko dal do.

  4. 4

    Usme salt,chilli powder or haldi ko daal do.

  5. 5

    Use 10-15 minute low flame par pkate rho.

  6. 6

    Serve with hara dhania on top.
