Chillies and Potatoes

First slit the chillies and heat a kadhai and shallow fry the chillies in some oil. Sprinkle 1 tsp salt on them

Heat the tamarind and gud with some water and keep aside

Keep the chillies aside. In the same kadhai heat the remaining oil and add 1 whole red chilli (broken), hing mustard and cumin and saute for a while

Now add chopped onions and saute

As the onions bcom transparent add salt and dry spices, kasuri methi, sabzi masala and also add dry coconut powder and roasted groundnut powder and roasted sesame powder and stir well

Now add the beaten curds and water and mix well and let it boil

Now add the washed whole baby potatoes and cover it for 10 min on slow gas

Now add the green fat long chillies and tamarind and gud juice and let it boil
- 9
Now simmer it for 5 min and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve it with roti rice or bhakris
