5 tbspSooji
4 tbspOats powder(derived by grinding)
to tastesalt
1 tspOil
1 bowlCurds to mix

Steps

Take all the ingredients except the oil, mix all together, and keep aside for 5 minutes.

Take the idli maker and apply oil on the spaces, pour in the idli batter and keep it in to cook.

The idlis are ready and have them with green chutney.

Good for helth and also a quick one.
