Kadhai Apple Mushroom
Steps

Assemble all ingredients. Cut apple in cubes. Cut 1 onion in cubes. Cut 2 onion in pieces. Cut mushrooms in pieces.

Heat a nonstick pan. Add Jeera. Dry roast it. Add bay leaf, cardamom, cloves. Saute all until brown. Add cashews and both type of chillies. Saute all for 1 minute.

Add onion & tomato pieces. Saute all. Add 2-3 tsp water

Cover the lid & cook until tomatoes get tender. Once done Switch off gas.

Let it cool. grind all in a fine paste.

Now Heat a pan. Pour onion tomato paste. Saute until it leaves Kadhai.

Meanwhile in another pan saute 1 onion (cuted in cubes) & apple pieces for 2-3 minutes. Switch off gas. Keep it aside.

Now add all spices in masala. Saute all for a minute. Mix well.

Add mushrooms. Saute it. Add tossed onion & apples. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover the lid.

Cook all until mushrooms tender. Once mushrooms cooked Switch off gas.

Transfer in serving bowl. Garnish with grated cheese or paneer & cashews. Serve with chapati or nann.
