Boil and mash the potatoes.

Heat oil in kadai. Add chopped onions. Fry in low flame. Then add chopped garlic. Fry till raw smell goes.

Now add chopped green chillies and the mashed potatoes.

Add kalonji, ajwain, salt, roasted jeera powder and salt. Mix everything very well. Fry them in low flame.

At last add the coriander leaves and mix it nicely with the potato mixture. Now switch off the flame. Let it cool.

Make the dough with ata, salt and oil. The dough must be soft. Leave it for half an hour.

Now take a small ball of dough, roll it and fill it with the potato mixture and roll it.

Heat the tawa and fry the paratha with oil or ghee if you want. Serve hot.
