Ingredients

  1. 1plátano verde (unripe plantain)
  2. 1salt
  3. 1oil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and cut the plátano in pieces. See photo in the next step for size.

    Deep frye the platano.

  3. 3

    Squash the plátanos using a frying pan or a devise for making tortillas if you have one of those.

  4. 4

    Deep frye the platacones. You can sprinkle a little but of salt on them before frying them if you want.

  5. 5

    Serve with bean paste.
