Maida mein soda, ghee, dahi aur thoda pani dalkar naram ata gundhe. Ate ko masle nahi bas ikatha kar ke 15 minutes dhakkar rakh dein. Chashni banane ke liye shakkar aur 1 1/2 cup pani dalkar 1 taar ki chashni bana lein. elaichi aur kesar ke dhage dal dein. Gas off kar dein.

1 pan mein ghee garamkare. Ate ki chhoti chhoti loyiya banakar anguthe se beech se dabakar Balushahi ka akar dein. Ekdam dheemi anch par golden brown hone tak tale fir 5 minutes thanda hone dein. 5 minutes baad balushahi ko gunguni chashni mein dubokar 10 minutes chhod dein. 10 minutes baad bahar nikalkar piste se sajaye aur parose.
