Chicken paturi

Lightly roast the banana leaf on hot tawa.

Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, turmeric powder, 2-3 tbsp mustard oil, mustard paste, poppy seed paste, grated coconut paste. Leave for 1 hr.

Take some marinated chicken on the middle of each banana leaf piece. Put 2 tbsp mustard oil, 2-3 slitted green chillies and some chopped coriander leaves.

Wrapped the chicken by folding the banana leaf from all side and tired it with thread to secure it.

Heat a tawa. Drizzle some oil on it. Put the banana leaf wrapped chicken and fry both sides till brownish black with lid.

Serve chicken paturi with hot steam rice.
