Fry up ground hamburger with black pepper, garlic salt, chili powder & other chili seasonings to taste

Cut up bell peppers and celery; add to tomato sauce in pot and boil up

Simmer about 15 mins

May have to add cup or two of water
- 5
Add big can kidney beans
- 6
Cook slowly - simmer a while; then add seasoned hamburger mixture; simmer about 20 mins

Serve with cheese grated on top of servings, with crackers, grilled cheese sandwiches, or preferred side dish
