Chicken Angara

In a bowl take all the ingredients except Butter, Ghee and Charcoal.Mix it well and keep it aside for 6 -7 hours.

In a pan take butter and add chicken to it. Cook till chicken becomes soft.

On gas stove put charcoal. when it burnts put it in a bowl.

Put this bowl on cooked chicken. Pour ghee on burnt charcoal and immediately cover the chicken with lead.

Don't open lead of pan for 15 mins.

Serve with green chutney.
