Ingredients

3 - 4 servings
  1. 4Boiled Eggs
  2. 1 cupCoriander Paste
  3. 1 tbspGreen chilli paste
  4. 1 tspTurmeric
  5. 1/2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  6. 1 tbspGaram masala
  7. 1 tbspBlack pepper powder
  8. 1 tbspCoriander and cumin powder
  9. 1 tspLemon juice
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspoil
  12. 1 tbspButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice boiled eggs.

  2. 2

    In a pan take oil and butter. Add coriander paste to it. Saute for 2 - 3 mins.

  3. 3

    Add all the spices. Then add 1tsp water to it.

  4. 4

    Now add boiled eggs to it. Cook for another 5 mins.

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice and cook for 1 min.
