Ingredients

  • 1 lbfresh spinach
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tspminced garlic
  • to tastesea salt
  • to tastelemon pepper

  1. 1

    Heat a skillet over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Add oil and garlic.

  3. 3

    Saute garlic.

  4. 4

    Add spinach to the pan in stages. Fill the pan and turn leaves in the oil until they begin to wilt.

  5. 5

    Add more spinach and repeat the process until allof the spinach is wilted.

  6. 6

    Season to your taste and serve.
