In a kadhai take some oil, put jeera to it, add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste fry it.

Add beetroot, cutted brinjal, turmeric powder, chillpowder, dhania powder, salt and fry all for 1minutecover the lid. Take the cover out add chopped tomatoes and peas fry all the ingredients for five minutes, cover the lid.

Don't add water, when all the vegetables cooked, add garam masala to it and serve with chappti or Roti.
