Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 gcanned tuna
  • 1 bunchchopped kale
  • 1onion
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • Ginger
  • Basil
  • 2tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Sautee chopped onion and crushed garlic

  2. 2

    Add some basil, ginger and mix in.

  3. 3

    Add the chopped tomotoes and cook to a paste.

  4. 4

    Add the tuna and season. Cook under low heat for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add the kale and and mix in. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve with ugali or rice.
