Steps

preheat oven or grill to 500°F

remove ribs from package and wash then pat dry
- 3
sprinkle pork rub on both sides of ribs liberally

put ribs in oven or on grill and cook for 15 minutes
- 5
remove ribs turn oven/grill down to 250°F
- 6
wrap ribs in aluminum foil closing tightly but leaving one end open
- 7
mix together applejuice and liquid smoke and pour into foil containing ribs
- 8
close foil and return ribs to oven/grill and slow cook for 1 hour 15 minutes
- 9
remove ribs and turn oven/grill to 325.

unwrap ribs from foil. put thin even layer of bbq sauce on both sides of ribs return to oven/grill.

repeat saucing on one side every 15 minutes 3 more times.

remove and let ribs rest for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
- 13
eat, enjoy, bring plenty of napkins.
