Make Your Own Meat Sauce!

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

This is a variation of my homemade tomato sauce recipe. The simmer-frying in oil process is the same. Even my second daughter who hates tomato sauce loves this mild and sweet meat sauce! I'm very proud of this recipe.

The key is the time you spend simmer-frying the vegetables! By cooking the vegetables in olive oil for a total of 20 minutes at the start, the umami and sweetness of the vegetables are brought out, so you can achieve a really deep flavor even without adding soup stock. Recipe by Anchomai
