Steps

Heat oven to 375.

Beat the butter until creamy and add the sugars.

Mix in the peanut butter and egg.

Add in the dry ingredients.

Wrap dough in plastic and put in refrigerator for 3 hours.

Shape dough into 1 1/4 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Don't forget the fork marks! ;)

Cook for 9-10 minutes.
