In a pan add two tbls oil and ground beef.

add beef broth and onion powder as well as adobo to ground beef.

add onion and potato and olives.

add tomato sauce and cook till potatoes are tender.

turn off heat add cilantro allow to cool before next step

remove dough form a ball cut in half then cut halves into quarters making eight pieces.

roll each piece out with a pin place a good amount of beef mixture in center fold over to a half moon shape seal with a little water trim edges. with a fork go around edge pressing down to crimp closed.

repeat for remaining empanadas.

fry each until golden on each side.
