Mix all ingredients together in a bowl til batter has pancake like consistency.

In a medium sized frying pan, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and turn the burner to medium high heat.

Drop individual rounded off tablespoons of your broccoli pancake batter into the hot oil. Fry each side til golden brown. That normally takes 45 seconds to 3 minutes depending on the heat of your burners.

When finished frying to a golden brown, place on paper towels to drain. To garnish, sprinkle with a little parmesan.
