Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies

I uploaded this recipe because I baked these cookies as a present for my friend who loves chocolate.
When I made the dough with cocoa powder, I used 90 g of cake flour and 12 g of cocoa powder.
When you cut the dough, if it breaks apart because the knife is touching the chocolate chips, just fix the shapes a little bit by hand. Alternatively, you can cut out shapes with cookie cutters. Recipe by nyonta

Round and Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies Round and Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies
I wanted to make an easy cookie recipe which used chocolate chips. Please refer to my tips for how to roll the dough. If you make these with butter, it will be a little harder to get the dough to come together after you add the chocolate chips, but when you squeeze the dough you'll be able to roll it into balls. Butter will give the cookies a richer flavor, but they're good made with margarine too. Recipe by Mimikku cookpad.japan -

I was told by someone that they wanted to eat Valentine's cookies, so I figured I would give it a try. These will become closer to Auntie Stella's ( a cookie store in Japan) cookies by spreading th dough out thinly. Some light-colored bits might remain with only 12 minutes. The light-colored bits will have a crispy but soft texture. These will become crispy if they turn brown. These cookies are crispy when made thick, and crunchy when made thin. Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies
American cookies are soft and delicious, but I do not like the one in stores because they don't look completely baked. In the American recipe, the sugar is double the amount (they also used granulated sugar), but it's sweet and delicious enough in this recipe.By using baking soda and brown sugar, it becomes an American type texture. Do not knead the mixture after adding flour. If you don't want to melt the chocolate, then push the center before baking. In that case, indent the center as in step 4. For 20 cookies.
