Ingredients

  1. 1milkfish, cleaned, sliced and fried
  2. 6 clovegarlic, minced
  3. 1pc shallot, sliced
  4. 1pc ginger, sliced
  5. 1raw papaya, cleaned & sliced
  6. 1camote leaves
  7. 1a pince of sugar
  8. 1salt and pepper to taste
  9. 1one fish broth cubes
  10. 1cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil. Saute garlic, onion and ginger. Add papaya and broth cubes. Mix well. Add water and simmer till papaya is tender.

  2. 2

    Season with salt, pepper and sugar according to your taste. Add fish and camote leaves. Simmer for a minute in a low heat.

  3. 3

    Serve with steaming hot rice.
