To taste Red chilli powder
2tomato finely chopped
1 tspGaram masala
1 tsphaldi powder

Take a pressure cooker, add tomato and salt cook tomato.

Add salt, red Chilli powder,, haldi powder,washed aloo and gobhi and cook till 1 whistle.

Aloo gobhi is ready to serve.
