This is very yummy and tasty.. Me and my family favorite.
Steps

Add besan and buttermilk in a mixing bowl.

Heat oil in a heavy bottom won, add cumin, Methi Daana and hing and saute it.

Add chopped ginger, garlic, dry red chilli and saute for 2 minutes.

Now add dry spices roast for 1 minute. Pour buttermilk batter. Mix well.

Take a boil and add gram masala and cook on low flame for 30-35 minutes.
- 6
Heat one spoon oil in a pan add curry leaves and dry red chilli. Add this tadka on your kadi.
