Preheat Oven to 200c

Season chicken breast to taste

Wrap chicken in parma ham

Place chicken breast into oven dish and then into the oven for 25-30 mins

While chicken is cooking, start the cheese sauce by melting the butter in a pan

Take the pan off the heat and add flour, mix untill all the butter has absorbed the flour

Add milk and stir until the mix is smooth and place back on a gentle heat and being to boil, constantly stirring to avoid mix going lumpy

When mix is bubbling add diced cheese and stir until melted

Add mustard and stir in

When chicken has cooked pour cheese sauce over chicken

Scrunch up crisps and sprinkle over chicken

Place back in the oven for a further 5 mins and serve with roast potatoes & peas
