Ingredients

15 minutes
4 persons
  • 2 bunchesfresh arugula, thoroughly cleaned with stems removed
  • 1 bunchfresh thyme, thoroughly cleaned with stems removed
  • 1medium onion, cut into thin slices
  • 1 tablespoonsumac
  • 4 tablespoonslemon juice
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a salad bowl, place the arugula and thyme leaves.

  2. 2

    Add the lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Mix well.

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl, mix the onion slices with the sumac. Arrange them on top of the arugula and thyme, in the center. Serve the salad immediately.

  4. 4

    Note: You can also mix in the onions and sumac with the thyme and arugula.
