Ingredients

  1. 2 bunchesfresh arugula, thoroughly cleaned with stems removed
  2. 1 bunchfresh thyme, thoroughly cleaned with stems removed
  3. 1medium onion, cut into thin slices
  4. 1 tablespoonsumac
  5. 4 tablespoonslemon juice
  6. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  7. 1/2 teaspoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a salad bowl, place the arugula and thyme leaves.

  2. 2

    Add the lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Mix well.

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl, mix the onion slices with the sumac. Arrange them on top of the arugula and thyme, in the center. Serve the salad immediately.

    Note: You can also mix in the onions and sumac with the thyme and arugula.
