Steps
- 1
Cut the veg into small pieces and place in a bowl.
- 2
Put the sunflower oil in a pan and heat it up, before adding the mince. Fry the mince until it has started to brown.
- 3
Once the mince has browned add the veg and fry for another 1-2 minutes, then pour in the sauce to your personal taste.
- 4
Grab your tin and put a layer of the sauce, then a layer of pasta, do another layer of sauce followed by another layer of pasta (you can add another layer of each depending on the depth of the tin and personal preference)
- 5
Making sure the last layer is pasta, place it in the oven at gas mark 6 and leave for 10 minutes.
- 6
After 10 minutes remove from the oven and add a layer of cheese and put back in the oven for another 10-15minutes. Then serve.
