Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 15big seed tomatoes
  3. 1tomatoes paste
  4. 1big onions
  5. 4seeds hot pepper
  6. 1 cupveg oil
  7. 1boiled egg
  8. Plantain
  9. 1star maggi
  10. to tasteSalt

Steps

45mins
  1. 1

    Put rice in pot and parboil for 5mins

  2. 2

    Bring down and wash

  3. 3

    Put back on gas and boil until tender

  4. 4

    Fry plantain and set aside

  5. 5

    Put oil in a pot and fry onions

  6. 6

    Add tomatoes and pepper

  7. 7

    Add fry till the ingredients get dry

  8. 8

    Add spices and fry for 5mins

  9. 9

    Add water to make desired paste

  10. 10

    Food is ready
