Japanese flourless chocolate cake. This cake has a "souffle" texture.
Steps

Separate the yolk and egg white. In a mixer beat the egg white and gradually add the sugar. Beat until peak form. Put aside.

Melt the chocolate and the butter in a pan. Add the melted chocolate to the mixture of egg whites and whisk well so there is no bubbles.

Bake 135C° for 40 minutes.

Decore to your liking. I used sugar, chocolate syrup and frozen strawberries.
