Ingredients

  1. Beetroot Kofta:-
  2. 1/2 bowlcarrot (grated)
  3. 4 spoonbeetroot (grated)
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1tomato chopped
  6. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  7. 2-3 spoonCoriander+ Pudhina (leaves chopped/ powder)
  8. 1/2 bowlcurd
  9. 1/2 bowlsemolina (suji)
  10. 2 spoonBesan
  11. 1/2 tspsalt
  12. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  13. 2green chilli chopped
  14. 4 spoonAlmond+Cashew+Pista+Kishmish(chopped)
  15. if needed Water
  16. Spinach Curry Ingredients:-
  17. 2 bowlSpinach (boiled & grind)
  18. 2Onion Grind
  19. 3Tomato Grind
  20. 1 spoonCoriander leaves
  21. 10curry leaves
  22. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  23. 2Laung
  24. 1small piece Dalchini
  25. 2Green Elaichi powder
  26. 1 pinchHing
  27. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  28. 2Green Chilli paste
  29. 1/2 tspGinger Paste
  30. 4Garlic Paste
  31. 1/2 tspCoriander Powder
  32. 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  33. 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

30-35minutes
  1. 1

    Beetroot Kofta Recipe:-
    1. Mix well all the Ingredients to make a dough (shouldn’t be too hard)
    2. Now keep the batter aside for 30 minutes to rest.
    3. Heat the non-stick mould on a low-medium flame.

    4. Pour a spoonful of batter in each mould, cover the pan and let it cook.
    5. Cook till the outer surface becomes light brown and then turn kofta upside down using a fork so as to cook them from the other side as well.
    6. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more kofta.

    4. Now add Spinach+ Garam masala and mix well, cover it for 5-7 mints on a medium flame and let it cook.
    5. Now add kofta in it, cook for 5 minutes.
    6. Now Garnish it according to your wish and Serve.

    Spinach Curry Recipe:- 1. In a pan start by adding long, cumin seeds, dalchini, elaichi, hing, curry leaves, now roast it on low-medium flame.
    2. Add Garlic-Ginger-Onion Paste and mix it well, roast till it turns light pink
    3. Then add Tomato puree, mix well let it cook for 2 mints
