Steps

Boil the chick peas adding salt turmeric powder some chopped onions and garlic in a pressure cooker.

Heat a pan add oil and tamper the whole jeera garam masala bay leaf and red chilli

Add onions and saute well till the raw smell goes

Add the ginger garlic paste saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add jeera dhaniya powder and mix well

Add the tomato puree and red chilli Powder and mix well

Now add the boiled chick peas and combine the ingredients.

Finally add water and sugar and cover for a while

Add chole masala and switch off the heat.

Serve it with bhature or naan
