This is a really easy fish pie which requires minimal effort to make. I added leek and onion from the original recipe I found and like the extra bit of crunch they provide.

This is a really easy fish pie which requires minimal effort to make. I added leek and onion from the original recipe I found and like the extra bit of crunch they provide.

Peel and chop the potatoes

Boil potatoes for 15 minutes and then mash
- 3
Whilst the potatoes are cooking, chop up the onion and the leeks.

Microwave with a splash of water for 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, mix the fish and creme fraiche with a splash of lemon juice and some black pepper
- 6
Add the leek and onion
- 7
Arrange the base mixture in a large dish
- 8
Add the mashed potato on top along with the grated cheese
- 9
Cook in the oven at 180C for half an hour.
