Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg potatoes
  • 1/2 kg atta
  • 3onions chopped perfectly
  • 3chopped green chillies
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 2 tspRoasted cumin powder
  • leavesChopped coriander
  • Garam masala for taste
  • 2 tspoil
  • Butter for taste(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes to make it soft. Make a smooth dough of flour.keep aside for half an hour.In between peel all potatoes.

    Mixed all potatoes properly. Put a fry pan in flame.Add oil,make it heat.Then add cumin seeds fry till golden colour.Then add chopped onions.fry it.

    Then add mashed potatoes. Mix properly with onions.Then mixed garam masala powder, roasted cumin powder.Then add chopped coriander leaves. Cook all the ingredients properly till the flovour comes out. Then cool for half an hour in a flat plate below a fan.

    Then make paratha of dough by putting the alu stuffing in a thin and uniform layer.i have shown in photo how to fill alu stuffing.this art is important for alu paratha.

  5. 5

    Put flat button pan or tawa in flame. Make it hot.Then put paratha on it. Add butter to make it more tastee

  6. 6

    Taste alu paratha with pickles or curd.
