Boil all ingredients except broth and Epazote

Blend boiled ingredients - add salt and broth to taste

Add to pan and bring to a simmer

Add the Epazote leaf

Let simmer for a couple more minutes and taste

Remove from heat

Add chips and let soften - not too long or chips will fall apart

Plate and top
