Ingredients

  • 100 gmbutter
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupBanana mashed
  • 1/4 tspVanilla essence
  • 2 tspdessicated coconut powder
  • 1 cupmaida
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix butter, sugar,essence and salt properly

  2. 2

    Add banana,coconut powder, maida

  3. 3

    Mix properly

  4. 4

    Put this better in the muffins mould and bake into preheated oven for20 to 25 min at 160deg temp

  5. 5

    No need of water or milk is required.if muffins better become thick in that case add little milk
