I have marinated the mutton with curd for about one hour in the fridge.
In between I have chopped onions an made ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, then got potatoes fried until it was a beat brown in colour. - 2
Kept it aside, now took a onion sliced and deeply fried in half a spoon of butter and refined oil, kept it separately, then put 2-3 teaspoons of coconut powder in a pan got fried without oil and kept it separately.

Now put oil into the pan and poured a pinch of cumin seeds, dry red chilli and bay leaves then I put the chopped onions into it and sauted well, added salt, kashmiri mirch powder after stirring for two minutes put the marinated mutton into it and mixed up

Properly and left for five minutes, added coconut powder, ginger, garlic, green chilli paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper and garam masala mixed up very nicely then kept the pan covered with a lid for another 15-20 minutes.

Opened the lid and put milk stirring very gently about two three minutes and poured hot water as per requirement keep it in high flame for at least few minutes, served hot COCO GOSHT sprinkled with sliced brown onion and fried coconut powder 😊
