Whisk together marmalade, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, soy sauce, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic

Poke pork chops with fork and divide into 2 freezer bags, gallon sized

Divide marinade into the 2 bags

Press out air, seal, and marinate in fridge for 30 minutes. Can also freeze until needed

Thaw, if needed. Place in shallow baking dish, cover with remaining marinade

Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, turning halfway. Remove from oven once center temperature reaches 145°F
