Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 2/3 cuplemon juice
  2. 1 cupolive oil
  3. 10 clovegarlic, minced
  4. 8 tbsphoney
  5. 2 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  7. 1/4 tspcayenne pepper
  8. 1/2 cupchopped parsley
  9. 4 lbboneless, skinless chicken breast

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, honey, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper together in bowl and divide into 2 gallon freezer bags

  2. 2

    Marinate in fridge for 30 minutes or squeeze out air and freeze

  3. 3

    Thaw, if frozen. Grill 6-8 minutes per side, basting with marinade
