Steps

Wash beef very well then put in a clean pot add 3 knor cube, onions, salt then add little water place on heat. Allow to boil for 20 minutes

After which you turn off heat then place a dry pot on heat then add vegetable oil after 2 minutes add onions, pepper, tomatoes, ginger and garlic

Allow for 20 minutes for the water in the tomatoes to dry off

Then add the beef stock, remaining knor cube, salt and spring onions

After 5 minutes then turn off heat

Stew is ready
