I have made packets of cabbage leaves containing paneer bhurji, immersed in tomato gravy.

I have made packets of cabbage leaves containing paneer bhurji, immersed in tomato gravy.
Steps

First cook paneer vegetable bhurji

Chop all the vegetables. Heat a non stick pan. Roast chopped ginger, garlic and onion. Add chopped capsicums.

Cook for 5 minutes. Add spices and chopped tomatoes.

Add crumbled paneer and mix well.

Add chopped coriander and remove. Allow it to cool.

Cook tomato gravy by heating a non stick pan. Add copped tomatoes and garlic.

Add ginger paste. And all the spices. Add 1 cup milk and cook for 5 minutes.

Mash tomato gravy. Add 1/2 cup boiled peas.Switch off the gas.

Take washed cabbage leaves. Pat them dry. Place 1 tbsp paneer bhurji on each one of them and roll them

Seal each packet with a clove

Heat a tava and roast the packets on all sides.

Remove the cabbage packets in a serving dish.

Pour hot tomato gravy over them and sprinkle some peas, paneer and red capsicum.
