Wash and clean the fish and soak for twenty minutes in warm water and salt

Drain out the water and dry up the fish in open room temperature

In a stainless steel Tiffin box beat up together curd poppyseed and mustard seed paste with salt and sugar

Dip in the fish pieces into the mixed Masala in the Tiffin box and top up with slotted greenchillies and lemon

Close the lid of the tiffin box and place it into a deep based pan which is half filled with water

Put the pan on a. Moderate flame on a gas oven
- 7
Cover the pan with a lid and steam cook the fish for thirty minutes.

Turn of the flame.Open the lid after ten minutes and serve with rice
