Cooking Instructions

Peel potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Wash, put on sufuria with water add salt and boil.

Put gram flour in a bowl. Add baking powder, pepper, garlic and mix. Add water and mix till achieve slightly thick paste.

Mash the boiled potatoes. Use hands to form balls of desired size.
- 4
Deep the balls in the paste and then deep fry them.
