Urad dal vada

Soak urad dal for 6 to 7 hours or overnight

Take a blender jar add soaked urad dal, blend it into a coarse paste

Take frying pan add oil, let heat

In a bowl add blended dal, hing powder, black pepper powder, curry leaves, cumin seeds, salt,

Mix all these ingredients and beat it well

Now add chopped onion, green chilli mix it

Take a dumplings add in a hot oil

Fry it until golden brown colour

Drain vada on kitchen tissue to remove excess oil

Serve the vada tomato sauce or any type of chutney.
