  1. 3 eachBeef Smoked Sausage, sliced
  2. 3 eachHot Links, sliced
  3. 3 eachChorizos, removed from skins
  4. 1 eachRed pepper, chopped
  5. 1 eachorange pepper, chopped
  6. 1 eachyellow pepper, chopped
  7. 2 eachonions, sliced
  8. 1 eachGreen Pepper, chopped
  9. 4 cloveGarlic, minced
  10. 2 tbspSmoked Paprika
  11. 1 eachZucchini, sliced
  12. 2 canDiced tomatoes (28 oz each)
  13. 1 1/2 tbspPolish Soup seasoning (Warzywko)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook all the sausages together in a large soup pot.

  2. 2

    Add onions and cook until onions are transparent. About 5 minutes,

  3. 3

    Add peppers, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper and cook until peppers are soft. About 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and zucchini. Cook until zucchini are soft, about 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add Polish Soup Seasoning and simmer for 10 minutes.
