3 eachBeef Smoked Sausage, sliced
3 eachHot Links, sliced
3 eachChorizos, removed from skins
1 eachRed pepper, chopped
1 eachorange pepper, chopped
1 eachyellow pepper, chopped
2 eachonions, sliced
1 eachGreen Pepper, chopped
4 cloveGarlic, minced
2 tbspSmoked Paprika
1 eachZucchini, sliced
2 canDiced tomatoes (28 oz each)
1 1/2 tbspPolish Soup seasoning (Warzywko)

Cook all the sausages together in a large soup pot.

Add onions and cook until onions are transparent. About 5 minutes,

Add peppers, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper and cook until peppers are soft. About 10 minutes.

Add tomatoes and zucchini. Cook until zucchini are soft, about 10 minutes.

Add Polish Soup Seasoning and simmer for 10 minutes.
