First of all,boil soya chunks in enough water for 10 minutes.

Drain the soya chunks. Refresh it with lots of fresh water, Squeeze it to get rid of the excess water.

Now marinade the soya chunks by adding to it the cornstarch,salt,Red chilli powder and crushed ginger garlic mix well.

Heat a deep non-stick pan or wok. Add the marinated soya chunks and saute for medium heat for a minute while stirring constantly. Then saute on low heat for 5 minutes.

Let the soya chunks get some golden colour and become slightly crispy,take them out in a bowl.

In a same pan toss the spring onion ginger garlic, add the capsicum,Oniona layers and green chilies.

Add the light soya souce,white vinegar,tomato ketchup and red chilli sauce mix well.

Add salt and cornstarch slurry and bring it to a boil.

Soya chilli sauce looks glossy,Add the soya chunks in the sauce and toss them well.

Garnish with spring onion green and chopped coriander give it a final toss serve hot with rice and chapaties
