Assemble all ingredients.

Boil onion, cashews, garlic, ginger in 2 tbsp water.

Boil tomatoes & green chillies separately.

Grind onions& tomatoes seperately.

Heat Kadhai. Add bay leaf, cloves & cardamom. Dry roast them. Add onion paste. Saute until golden brown.

Add tomato puree. Saute all till it separates from Kadhai.

Meanwhile Heat another pan. Toss baby corns until light brown.

Add all spices. Stir all.

Now add baby corn and water according to required gravy. Bring it a boil.

Once done. Remove from gas. Serve hot with roti.
