10medium sized Potatoes
1/2 cupmelted butter
2 tbspnbread crumbs
1tspn basil
1tspn black pepper
Cayenne pepper
To tastesalt

Clean your potatoes and peel

Skewer through each potato.

Cut through each potato as you rotate it. Then spread out the cuts making sure you don't break the potato.

Brush through with melted butter you can use blueband or margarine.

Mix the bread crumbs with salt, basil, cayenne and black pepper. Pour the spice on the potatoes.

Bake for about 40 minutes. Once ready enjoy with sauce.
